I've written up some directions for some frequently used procedures and solutions to common errors for applications that are used at CFSC. Originally, this information was originally accessible only to their staff. Nonetheless, we realized that other organizations may use some of these same applications, so we made this information available to the public.
Below is a brief description of application support pages as well as links. Also, when you are on any of the application support pages (including this one) you have the option to use the "Application Pages" navigation bar in the right pane to hop between pages within this subsection of the web site.
- e-Campaign
- e-Campaign is a bulk email program that CFSC uses to send out newsletters, notifications for upcoming events, etc.
- This page contains problems that have arisen from time to time when using the e-Campaign program, and their respective solutions.
- Windows 98 Virtual Machine
- CFSC has a virtual machine setup in a Virtual Server 2005 R2 environment that's running Windows 98 that is used for running some legacy applications for historical archive purposes.
- This page contains instructions for the employees about how to access this virtual machine, as well as some solutions for common problems.
- Zip Files (WinRAR)
- This page contains instructions for both creating and uncompressing a zip file using the WinRAR program.
